Most women, on the average, 11-13 times in a year period. Anyone experiencing twice a month, others once, or not at all in a month.

Nobody has the same menstrual schedule. In fact, very rarely a woman experiencing menstruation is always the same date each month. Sometimes advanced, and often also retreated.

Menstruation is essentially determined by hormones in the body. Hormones will instruct the mind to make the body produce eggs. The egg will then be off to the uterine sac and then fertilized by sperm. If fertilization does not occur, then the woman's body will undergo menstruation.


One of the signs of pregnancy are, your period comes late. And actually for 9 months, menstruation does not come anymore, because the uterus is used as a medium for growing fetus into a baby.

  7. Taking certain drugs that affect hormones in the body. 
  8. Hormones that cause the problem in the hormones so out of balance 
  9. Use of illegal drugs. 
  10. Breastfeeding.
Smoothly menstruation each month in order to:

  1. Make sure the body is not too tired to run the day-to-day activities. 
  2. Consumption of healthy food and not junk food. 
  3. Adequate rest at night and subtract stay up. 
  4. Relaxed for reduced stress. 
  5. Do not bring work home office.
